Til Death Do Us Part: Official Recap and Photo Gallery

The K teamed up with our friends at Nite Rinse on November 1st for a night brought to life by art, friends, cold drinks, and most importantly- an amazing lineup of music. Headliners Amtrac and Willaris. K closed the night after Mind Of A Genius’ label head David Dann and Devault built up considerable momentum. With such a versatile selection of music, the night went off and will be remembered as yet another step in raising the bar for immersive experiences in Los Angeles.  Check out the video recap and our gallery below so you can see for yourself how the night unfolded at DTLA’s Lot 613!

The freaks really do come out at night…and when it’s Halloween, it’s time to pull out all the stops.  Til Death Do Us Part had attendees in the groove in their spookiest of chic attire.

Til Death Do Us Part transformed Lot 613 into an entirely different entity for the night.  A stage combining traditional wedding arches and world-class production was complemented by outdoor art instillations whose chilling ambiance enthralled the guests.

The disco gnome wasn’t the only thing front and center on November 1st.  The ever-so-slightly-elevated stage setup provided guests with an intimate music experience where they and the artists could enjoy the night as a cohesive group.

Mingle mingle mingle; old friends caught up while new friendships were solidified.  Nothing brings people together like an upscale warehouse painted with the charisma of a KLCTN & Nite Rinse collaboration!

Even the talent went all-in on the theme. Devault flaunted a white suit and matching wig to compliment his killer set.

The Installations

A glimpse of our large scale installation “LET THEM EAT CAKE.” A souped-up just married vehicle, dozens of mannequins roaming the site, and free tarot readings were perks you had to be there to experience in full.

The stage was elegantly garnished with roses and some near-dead foliage to enhance the theme of a spooky wedding night while a massive LED screen flashed each DJ’s custom visuals.

What really brings a party from being good to great? The answer is consumption- in this case facilitated by 2 full bars and a taco truck filled with greasy delicacies.

You Beautiful, Beautiful People

Til Death Do Us Part’s success can be credited to the support of many people with brilliant ideas- big and small. The most important variable in driving the success of the event was without a doubt the 900+ people in attendance boasting quality costumes and unparalleled energy. The Kollection loves nothing more than bringing together friends and strangers alike for a night of tasteful hedonism. With so many beautiful faces unified under one roof dancing, feeding off one other’s energy, and creating memories that often feel impossible upon reflection- we are so proud to see our events providing the best people LA has to offer with an escape from the norm. Til Death Do Us Part is a testament to how Halloween (or any night out in LA) can be so, so much more than predictable or nuanced. We hope to keep reminding you of this in more innovative (and much bigger) ways and until then, stay beautiful ya sickos.
