For a lighter bowl, go for the Kake Udon, made with their signature dashi broth. We paired it with the Chicken Katsu & Shrimp Tempura.
Feeling something heavier? Try the Tonkotsu, served in a pork broth with charshu pork, miso ground pork, garlic, seasoned egg, and chili oil.
