Jon Bellion continues to push out track after track, video after video. His latest, released today, is called, appropriately, The Wonder Years. It’s very poppy, and isn’t something that I personally would throw on repeat, but I really think Jon has a great voice and is a talented musician. I can see his style catching on if he can maintain his consistent quality and keep making emotional, meaningful tracks. What do you think of Jon’s music?
I think that there is a very real element about this guy. He’s very relatable and fun. However, the production isn’t great and I think his voice is just average. The lyrics aren’t too profound, but I don’t see it as a problem. He makes music with very relatable lyrics. I think that if he pairs up with the right producer, he could make some really catchy music. For now, I won’t be listening to him often, but I hope to see what he does in the future.
