We’ve heard a “Book Report”…and now we get some “Paperback Novels”! Whatever the form, Cornell’s Dylan Owen sure knows how to tell an incredibly compelling story that you can’t help but become invested in. I love the contemplative, simple beat on this production, with those minor chords that bring the piece together. I used to have “catchiness” on my list of requirements for a great song, but I realized that beautiful works like this distract me from that naive “requirement”. Dylan has a lot of new solo stuff in the works, so get pumped for future releases from the amazing lyricist. The track will be featured on producer Devin Arne’s upcoming album, set for a September 6th release. Kollect above!
