The Werewolf has to be one of the best Dubstep songs I’ve ever heard. It’s unique and surprisingly a tad frightening. It has an unusually long build up but it really pays off. The drops are amazing and the small amount of dialogue added in periodically adds a great effect. Special thanks to Hatch and Chris for the find.

Both are top notch.
The DJ Cones version (which I posted) speeds up the Cosmic Love sample and raises the pitch of the original. Not to get too technical or anything

Now this is what I’m talking about. Asher Roth’s new track Last Man Standing has Akon doing an extremely catchy chorus for a song that blends pop and rap together with even a little rock and roll thrown in. It’ll be hard to believe that there are any Asher Roth haters left after people hear this song. His song G.R.I.N.D. was enough to make me a permanent fan and if this song doesn’t win you over then maybe this genre of music isn’t right for you.

Here is some new Drake for all of you Drizzy fans out there. The song starts off with Drake’s verse and then lets Little Dragon take over for the rest of the track. It has some psychedelic instrumentals that fit perfectly with Drake’s rapping. I’m not a huge fan of the second half of the song but Drake’s presence at the beginning is enough for me. Gabriel Stark’s new song Beautiful samples the well known Train song Meet Virginia and gives it a new hiphop twist. If you like the original song by Train then you’ll like this one even more. Gabriel Stark has a distinguishable voice and a smooth flow that works well with this sample. Hopefully we’ll be seeing more quality tracks like this in the future.
