Everyone knows the happy-go-lucky “Animal” track by indie rock band Neon Trees – advertisers even caught notice of the infectiously catchy quality and implemented it into a few commercials. However, in this Big Z Remix, the song serves as an almost-eerie backdrop that creeps in behind Drake’s rapping. He mixes T.I.’s “All She Wrote” with Neon Trees’ “Animal” and Drake’s “Over” to create an overall cool, different track. I think this works; I’ve had this playing for a few days now. Kollect below!

Yes, it’s my understanding that Swedish DJ Benjamin Holm started the Global Mashup Crew, and Big Z contributed to the remix compilation project with this track. Let me know if I’m incorrect though! Appreciate the feedback.
I wouldn’t know if he did i just know this track was on GMC’s mixtape called Global Mashup Crew#1 Biggest Hits 2010. I’ve had the track for over 3 months now….. but it sounds like you know more than me on the subject, i just didn’t want misplaced recognition..
You are almost right. This track “Animal” was released under the “Global Mashup Crew” name. Big Z Remixes was the man behind this mashup though. BUT I´m Finnish, haha
